TRIBUTO Accounting Office was founded by accountants with many years of experience in accounting firms. Through years of practice, we’ve developed expertise in handling businesses from various industries and of different complexity levels.

We work with companies nationwide – thanks to our digital services and electronic document submission, we can minimise face-to-face contact – phone and email communication helps our clients save time on office visits. That’s why we work with companies throughout the country, currently including clients from major polish cities like Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan, Gdansk and Czestochowa.

Sole trader – often the simplest form of business – just register and… DONE. But is it really that simple?

Typically, to set up as a sole trader you need to:

complete the registration form on the government portal and submit it using your digital ID (or submit in person at your local council),

submit registration documents to HMRC,

wait for your UTR number (which can sometimes take up to 2 weeks!),

once you have your UTR, visit a bank to open a business account,

then register your business account for tax purposes so your clients can verify you before making payments,

you may also need to register for VAT...

...or buy an EPOS system.
